Lead and grow local business operations and revenue engine for in Germany, focusing on sales leadership and market expansion.
О компании
- Alma is a European leader in payment by installments, helping merchants grow by giving their customers more flexibility at checkout online, in-store, and remote. Founded in 2018, we serve over 25 000 merchants across Europe and are expanding fast across new markets.
- Our belief: commerce is more than the exchange of goods and services. It's a force for progress. We're here to bring clarity to its complexity for merchants and consumers alike.
- Alma is entering a new phase of international growth. After establishing a strong presence across Europe, we are investing in local leadership to accelerate enterprise adoption, strengthen our partner ecosystem and build high-performing country organisations.
- You own the business. That means building and running the local revenue engine: managing enterprise and mid-market sales teams, designing the go-to-market for your market, and driving the cross-functional work (specifically with Marketing, Partnerships, Product, Legal, Risk and Operations) that unlocks local growth . You're the person merchants, partners and the ecosystem meet at the table. You're the person internally who makes sure your market gets what it needs to win.
- It's a Country Manager role where sales leadership is one of the core inputs and where the output is a healthy, growing local business.
Требования
- Autonomous. You don't wait for HQ to tell you what to do - you come with a view and you execute
- Analytically sharp. You build your market strategy from data, not intuition alone
- Radically honest. You flag problems early, internally and externally
- Obsessed with impact. You focus time on what actually moves the business, not what looks busy
- A builder. You're more energized by creating than by maintaining
- Don't meet every single requirement? At Alma, we believe great hires come from diverse paths. If this role excites you, we encourage you to apply. We value potential, curiosity and the ability to grow as much as experience.
