Lead and grow e-commerce revenue across multiple channels including TikTok Shop, Amazon, and DTC for a consumer health product company.
Обязанности
- Grow revenue across TikTok Shop, Amazon, DTC, retail
- Own funnels, conversion, CAC, LTV, AOV, retention, and contribution margin
- Scale creators, affiliates, paid social, email/SMS, subscriptions, and bundles
- Launch new offers, SKUs, and growth experiments quickly
- Automate as much of the operation as possible with AI
- Build and eventually lead the consumer growth team
Требования
- Hands-on experience growing an e-commerce, DTC, CPG, marketplace, or consumer subscription business
- Strong analytical + creative instincts
- Comfortable personally operating channels, not just managing agencies
- Fast, scrappy, experimental, and highly ownership-driven
- Excited to think in terms of 10x , not incremental optimization
- You’ll work directly with the founders and have meaningful ownership over the consumer business.
- Remote is okay. San Francisco preferred. Competitive salary + meaningful equity.
