• ABOUT Company
• Company is the all-in-one payments and financial operations platform for SMEs across Asia-Pacific — payments, payouts, invoicing, POS, and more in one place. We've served 15,000+ SMEs, saved merchants US$35M+ in fees, hold a Trustpilot 4.4/5, and were named a Tech in Asia Top-27 startup in Singapore. We're a fast-moving, AI-native team that ships fast and carries almost no bureaucracy.
• THE ROLE
• This is a full-cycle sales role: you own the merchant from first touch to first transaction. You'll prospect, qualify, demo, negotiate, and close SMEs across e-commerce, retail, F&B, and cross-border commerce — then make sure they're activated and transacting. No SDR-to-AE handoff; the whole cycle is yours.
• WHAT YOU'LL OWN
• - Prospect & qualify — build your own pipeline of SMEs across your territory; run outbound alongside inbound leads.
• - Demo & consult — run product demonstrations, understand each merchant's payment stack, and map Company to their actual problem.
• - Negotiate & close — own deals through to signature.
• - Drive activation — coordinate a clean handoff to onboarding and stay accountable for the merchant going live and transacting.
• - Own your numbers — carry a revenue target and territory; keep pipeline data accurate in HubSpot.
• - Close the loop — carry merchant feedback back to product and GTM so what you hear in the field shapes what we build.
• WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• - 2–4 years of B2B sales / business development, ideally in fintech, SaaS, payments, or SME-focused sales.
• - A track record of owning a number end-to-end — you've prospected and closed, not just one half.
• - Consultative seller — you diagnose before you pitch.
• - Strong written and spoken English; comfortable across APAC markets.
• - Disciplined pipeline hygiene — you keep your CRM tight without being told.
• - Self-directed and fast — you thrive with autonomy and minimal process.
• BONUS POINTS
• - An existing network in SME / merchant communities.
• - Familiarity with payment platforms, POS systems, or e-commerce tools (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).
• WHY THIS ROLE
• - Uncapped impact — you own the whole cycle, so results are directly yours.
• - A product that saves customers real money — you sell tangible value, not vapor.
• - AI-native, low-bureaucracy team — fast decisions, real ownership, no busywork.
