We are seeking a Head of Product to lead product strategy and execution for Click&Boat's core business, overseeing multiple senior product managers and working closely with senior leadership in a hybrid Barcelona-based role.

Responsibilities
- Take ownership of Product across Click&Boat’s core business while VP Product focuses on US expansion.
- Lead four Senior Product Managers, each owning their own squad.
- Help product managers make better decisions, challenge their plans, connect dots across squads, ensuring focus on important problems.
- Act as VP Product’s key counterpart on core business with significant autonomy and responsibility for product direction.
- Work closely with senior leadership including VP Product and Managing Director, contributing to company-level decisions and priorities.
Requirements
- Fluent in English.
- Significant Product experience in a mature product organization.
- Experience managing experienced PMs / Senior PMs across multiple squads.
- Comfortable working directly with senior leadership on business and product decisions.
- Combine strategic thinking with a hands-on, business-oriented approach.
Conditions
- Hybrid role based in Barcelona with 3 days per month spent in Paris and 6 to 9 trips per year.
- Permanent contract.
