Moongate is building a leading sound therapy app aiming at improving wellness through sound therapy. The role focuses on owning and driving the growth and monetization engine for the app by hands-on, data-driven experimentation and strategic initiatives.

About the product
- An app with over 1 million downloads and 100,000 subscribers focused on sound therapy to improve sleep, focus, and stress relief.
Responsibilities
- Own the growth and monetization engine for the app: web funnels, activation, onboarding, pricing, paywalls, and win-backs.
- Design tests, build campaigns and lifecycle journeys, ship paywall and pricing changes, read results, and iterate.
- Collaborate closely with founders, head of marketing, and engineering team to build growth features and implement tooling and systems.
Requirements
- Demonstrable track record of driving measurable revenue growth through pricing, paywall, and lifecycle experimentation on a subscription product.
- Comfortable executing as strategizing: building campaigns, configuring CRM flows, or shipping paywalls yourself.
- Hands-on experience with subscription billing flows like Apple IAP or Stripe.
- Experience building and running CRM/lifecycle campaigns end-to-end.
- Strong mobile subscription/monetization background.
- Exceptional written English, able to internalize and use the brand voice.
- Knowledge of leveraging AI tools to increase capacity and speed of execution with a lean team.
