Responsibilities
- Stage 1: Internship (1 month) involving learning key game feature development processes, analyzing game mechanics, developing product solutions, preparing documentation, working with builds, and receiving feedback.
- Stage 2: Working on real tasks under mentor guidance, developing and supporting game features, collaborating with developers and designers, and increasing responsibility.
- Top performers may continue their careers at Playrix.
Requirements
- Interest in game design and the gaming industry.
- Proactive mindset, strong motivation, and commitment to continuous learning.
- Participation in game jams, hackathons, personal projects, or event organization is a plus, especially for those without commercial experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in Game Design, Product/Project Management, QA, or related fields is an advantage.
