Utorg is a fintech company offering modern on/off-ramp and Web3 infrastructure. The role is for a Backend Engineer skilled in TypeScript/Node.js with experience in blockchain and AI-driven workflows, working remotely.

Обязанности
- Development using TypeScript/Node.js with NestJS modules, guards, interceptors, microservice transports.
- Design and optimize PostgreSQL schemas, indexing, EXPLAIN ANALYZE, zero-downtime migrations, and database-per-service pattern.
- Build real microservices with RPC, pub/sub, message brokers, idempotency, eventual consistency, saga/outbox patterns.
- Implement production blockchain features: HD wallets (BIP32/BIP39), smart contracts, ABI, multichain, on-chain transactions with real user funds using ethers.js, viem, @solana/web3.js.
- Develop AI-driven workflows including automations or LLM-powered tools using Claude, Copilot, Cursor daily.
Требования
- 5+ years TypeScript/Node.js in production.
- 2+ years NestJS experience — modules, guards, interceptors, microservice transports.
- Deep PostgreSQL knowledge: schema design, indexing, EXPLAIN ANALYZE, zero-downtime migrations, database-per-service pattern.
- Real microservices experience — RPC + pub/sub, message brokers, idempotency, eventual consistency, saga/outbox.
- Production blockchain experience (MUST-HAVE) with HD wallets, smart contracts, ABI, multichain, on-chain transactions with real user funds.
- Experience with ethers.js / viem / @solana/web3.js.
- AI-driven workflow experience (MUST-HAVE) — daily use of Claude, Copilot, or Cursor; built automations or LLM-powered tools.
- English Upper-Intermediate level.
- Fluent Russian.
Будет плюсом
- Experience with NATS JetStream (streams, consumers, delivery policies).
- Observability stack: OpenTelemetry, Prometheus + Grafana, pino, distributed tracing.
- Kubernetes with Helm/Kustomize.
- Fintech domain knowledge (PCI DSS, KYC/AML, payment systems).
- Experience mentoring mid-level engineers.
- Basics of React for back-office UIs.
