Responsibilities
- Lead generation & client qualification
- Buyer and seller management
- Property viewings & presentations
- Negotiation and objection handling
- Deal closing and structuring
Requirements
- Proven sales experience is mandatory
- Real estate experience is a strong advantage
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Motivation to build a career in Dubai real estate
- English B2+
- Russian is an advantage
- Willingness to learn and work actively with clients
