Click&Boat is a leading European boat rental platform, part of Boats Group, focusing on innovative and data-driven technology solutions. They are seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead two agile squads and drive impactful feature delivery.

Responsibilities
- Manage two agile squads within the engineering team.
- Deliver features that impact company KPIs.
- Support and coach individual contributors, providing regular feedback to align with company objectives.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and various stakeholders across the company.
- Take ownership of projects quickly and ensure high-quality feature delivery.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience managing a technical team.
- Fluency in English; French is a plus.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality features.
- Enjoy working with various company stakeholders.
- Clear and effective communication skills.
- Customer focus, curiosity, commitment to diversity and inclusion, and interest or background in boating are valued.

- Permanent position with ASAP start date.
- Hybrid role based in Barcelona with 3 days per month in Paris (6 to 9 trips yearly).
