Senior Data Engineer role to build and maintain data infrastructure for the Fund's unified AI platform, based in Astana.
Responsibilities
- Build the data layer for the Fund’s unified AI platform.
- Integrate DWH, internal systems, documents, and other sources.
- Develop ETL/ELT pipelines, data marts, and data quality controls.
- Prepare training datasets, ML features, and production data delivery pipelines with MLOps/LLMOps.
- Prepare and index regulatory and internal documents for RAG.
- Organize data access, storage, and auditing.
Requirements
- 4+ years as a Data Engineer.
- Proficient in SQL and Python.
- Experience designing DWH, data marts, and integrations.
- Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines with Airflow, Dagster, Prefect, or similar.
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, MS SQL, Oracle, or similar DBMS.
- Experience with APIs, message queues, file storage, and unstructured documents for search/RAG.
- Understanding of data quality, lineage, metadata, and access management.
