HolyWeb is a service IT company specializing in corporate systems and services for IT holdings, retail, fintech, and logistics companies. They seek a Project Manager / Business Analyst with experience in project management, business process optimization, BPMN, UML, and technical documentation, to work on new projects in a hybrid format in Moscow.

Обязанности
- Interaction with customers (studying needs, analyzing stakeholders, identifying gaps, forming comprehensive solutions).
- Description of the product concept and roadmap (formulating product goals, representing the end user, defining the functionality scope and delivery sequence, product budget management).
- Managing and prioritizing backlog (guiding creation of user stories, prioritizing backlog items, acceptance of work based on criteria and tests, backlog refinement, planning delivery iterations, iteration reviews).
- Interaction with the team (managing dependencies of user stories, clarifying priorities, reevaluating product delivery value).
- Collecting and processing feedback (collecting feedback from users, stakeholders and customers, hypothesis testing, analyzing product metrics to achieve results and defending them).
Требования
- Minimum work experience of at least 5 years.
- Minimum managerial experience of at least 3 years in a leadership or product owner position.
- Experience managing projects full-cycle.
- Practical experience performing business analyst functions: gathering, analyzing, formalizing and agreeing requirements.
- Strong communication skills with stakeholders and internal customers.
- Experience in managing timelines, risks, changes and project scope.
- Basic technical literacy: understanding of API, REST, JSON and XML principles.
- Ability to establish interaction between customer, analysts, developers, designers and testers.
- Responsibility for achieving project results, deadlines and quality of team work organization.

- Experience in IT project implementation for industrial construction.
- Interest in product management.
- Understanding business processes and specifics of projects in the industrial construction sector.
- Experience interacting with customers from industrial or construction sectors.
