Seeking an experienced Head of Affiliate to lead an internal team and scale a global affiliate network in iGaming and Forex sectors for a performance marketing agency in Limassol, Cyprus.
Responsibilities
- Manage, mentor, and set clear KPIs for the internal affiliate team
- Onboard, negotiate, and maintain high-value affiliate partnerships (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid)
- Collaborate closely with Media Buying teams to align paid campaigns with affiliate channels
- Track performance, ROI, and campaign metrics using industry tracking platforms
Requirements
- Proven affiliate management experience within iGaming & Forex
- Track record in team leadership and people management
- Solid understanding of media buying channels (PPC, Social, Native)
- Strong analytical skills & experience with affiliate tracking software
- Fluency in English & ability to work on-site in Limassol, Cyprus
