We are seeking an experienced Head of Affiliates to lead our affiliate function, drive strategic acquisition through high-value partners, and own overall channel performance in the Forex sector.
Responsibilities
- Build, own, and lead the overall affiliate strategy and high-value partner portfolio
- Own acquisition targets, commercial terms, and affiliate channel performance
- Develop scalable operational processes, advanced reporting, and key partner relationships
- Identify and onboard top-tier Forex partners to scale global acquisition
Requirements
- Proven affiliate leadership experience strictly within the Forex / FX industry (Required)
- Track record of managing high-value partner relationships and commercial negotiations
- Strong analytical mindset with expertise in channel performance metrics & scalable processes
- Based in Cyprus (or open to working remotely within local time zones)
