We are recruiting for an experienced Head of Partnerships / IB to lead strategic partnerships and the introducing broker channel in the Forex sector, aiming to expand global reach and build durable commercial relationships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall partnerships and IB growth strategy
- Source, negotiate, and manage high-value commercial relationships
- Track partner quality, revenue contribution, and market expansion
- Expand market reach and build long-term, high-impact commercial networks
Requirements
- Proven Forex / FX industry experience (Required)
- Strong background in IB (Introducing Broker) management or financial partnerships
- Demonstrated track record sourcing, negotiating, and scaling key commercial accounts
- Based in Cyprus or open to working remotely within local time zones
