Our client in Cyprus is looking for a Site Engineer to keep construction projects moving from planning to handover, ensuring timeliness, compliance, and safety on site.
Responsibilities
- Run day-to-day activities across ongoing projects
- Check works against approved drawings, specs, quality, and safety standards
- Support planning, scheduling, and progress tracking
- Be the link between contractors, consultants, site teams, and management
- Keep documentation, reports, and site records in order
- Coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials
- Spot risks and delays early and help fix them fast
- Make sure everything complies with legal and contractual requirements
Requirements
- BSc in Civil Engineering or a related field
- 5-7 years in project coordination or site supervision in Cyprus
- Solid grasp of construction methods and local regulations
- Registered ETEK member
- Experience with project management and scheduling software
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Good English
