Hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer for a role based in Limassol, Cyprus (hybrid preferred) or fully remote (European time zone). Role involves building CI/CD pipelines, managing AWS infrastructure with Terraform, and automating configuration with Ansible.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment of infrastructure services
- Design and manage AWS infrastructure with Terraform
- Automate network and server configuration with Ansible
- Optimize cloud resources and keep costs under control
- Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues
- Implement security best practices and compliance automation
- Work closely with development and operations teams
Requirements
- Strong hands-on AWS experience
- Solid Terraform (IaC) skills
- Ansible for configuration management and automation
- Real networking fundamentals: L2/L3, VLANs, switching, routing
- Overlay networks and software-defined networking
- Network automation and programmability
- CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.)
- Docker and Kubernetes
- Python and Bash scripting
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
Nice to have
- AWS certifications (e.g. AWS Certified DevOps Engineer)
- Prometheus and Grafana experience
