Private family office in Europe is seeking a Head of travel & lifestyle to develop and manage global travel strategy and lead related teams.
Обязанности
- Develop and manage a long-term global travel & lifestyle strategy
- Lead a team of PAs, travel coordinators and household staff
- Oversee private and commercial aviation, luxury hotels, ground transportation and bespoke experiences
- Build and manage relationships with premium global vendors and negotiate preferential terms
- Ensure travel security, risk management and contingency planning
- Handle complex and last-minute requests with discretion, speed and composure
Требования
- Proven experience supporting HNWI/UHNWI or Private Family Offices
- Russian is a fluent language.
- Strong knowledge of luxury travel, private aviation and global logistics
- Excellent leadership, negotiation and vendor-management skills
- High discretion, emotional intelligence and adaptability
- Ability to operate confidently in a fast-paced, international environment
- Multilingual and culturally fluent
