As a Senior Consultant in our Commercial Business Consulting practice, you will lead projects and teams while driving growth and solving complex challenges in Life Sciences with advanced technology, AI, and data.

Responsibilities
- Act as the Lead for small-scale projects, managing end-to-end design and delivery of high-quality customer solutions
- Lead project teams of 2–3 consultants, developing your people leadership skills in a project setting
- Drive practice growth by leading proposal development and identifying new opportunities within your engagements
- Solve complex challenges for Life Sciences leaders by leveraging Veeva’s unique data, software, and AI insights
- Support multiple projects across Commercial BC while developing deep expertise in 1–2 specific functional areas
Requirements
- 5+ years in Life Sciences Consulting (Business or Management Consulting preferred)
- Proven expertise in two or three of the following areas: Go-to-Market strategy, Brand Planning, Product Launch, Omnichannel strategy, Segmentation and targeting
- A strong mindset for both quantitative and qualitative reasoning
- Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to senior stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree or higher

- Knowledge of Veeva products
- Experience delivering SaaS or Tech-enabled consulting solutions
