About the product
- The role is focused on AI-powered healthcare products leveraging generative AI, advanced analytics, and intelligent automation.
- Products aim to improve population health understanding, outcomes, administrative burden reduction, and patient/provider experiences.
- Product initiatives include generative AI, LLMs, retrieval architectures (RAG), agentic systems, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation.
- Products are enterprise-grade and used at scale by enterprise customers.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end lifecycle of AI-powered product capabilities, from concept to customer adoption and business impact.
- Deliver generative AI products and workflow automation capabilities into production at scale.
- Work directly with customers to understand operational challenges and validate product directions.
- Translate AI technology advances into practical healthcare solutions.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Data Science, Customer Success, and Go-To-Market teams to ensure product adoption and measurable value delivery.
- Drive product roadmap decisions based on customer needs, technical realities, business objectives, and market opportunities.
- Own product success metrics tied to adoption, revenue growth, operational efficiency, and business outcomes.
- Be accountable for delivering high-quality products on a predictable cadence.
- Mentor and elevate product management practices across the Product organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred in business, computer science, engineering, healthcare, data science, AI/ML, or related fields.
- 12+ years experience in enterprise SaaS, platform products, AI-enabled products, data products, or similar complex technical environments; healthcare experience is a plus.
- Experience building and scaling enterprise-grade AI, machine learning, or generative AI products.
- Experience with LLMs, agentic systems, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), intelligent automation, predictive analytics, or similar AI technologies.
- Proven track record shipping products used by enterprise customers at scale with measurable business outcomes and revenue impact.
- Demonstrable understanding of connecting product decisions to business performance and customer value.
- Experience partnering with Engineering and GTM teams to successfully bring products to market.
- Strong technical fluency in modern AI systems, including generative AI, LLMs, retrieval architectures, AI governance.
- Ability to collaborate across Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Executive teams.
- Highly autonomous with strong ownership mentality and executive presence.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate customer and business needs into scalable product direction and measurable outcomes.
- Exceptional leadership in product strategy, prioritization, communication, and execution.
