- Use Unreal Engine and its tools to investigate issues, manipulate the game state for reliable verification, and accurately reproduce complex bugs.
- Run and monitor the automation suite alongside the Senior QA Engineer to boost testing speed, report on results and identify areas for expansion.
- Act as the "voice of the player" by working within development teams to verify fixes, facilitate periodic playtests, and provide qualitative gameplay feedback in recurring Agile ceremonies.
- Proactively assist Production and Senior QA in evaluating testing pipeline, suggesting efficiency gains, and supporting team members with manual testing expertise.
Requirements
- Hands-on professional testing experience with a solid understanding of testing standards and methodologies.
- Experience working with Unreal Engine (or similar modern game engines) and familiarity with industry standard QA tools.
- Comfortable navigating Windows, MacOS, Android and iOS environments with technical autonomy.
- Effective English written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid grasp of games development terminology with the ability to clearly outline complex bugs.

- 2+ years (or equivalent) experience in a software based quality assurance role.
- Exposure to core phases of games development or experience maintaining quality for a live game with consistent updates.
Nice to have
- Extensive gaming experience across desktop, mobile and console.
- Knowledge of compliance testing and regional censorship.

- Basic scripting knowledge (Python, C#, UE Blueprints).
- Experience working within a development team that has shipped one title.
- Effective French written and verbal communication skills.
- Excitement about games and interactive music experiences (bonus).
Other
- The role is key because game quality, delivery and the player experience depends on it.
- First 3 months success includes providing clear insights into game health and stability, preserving build uptime by promptly reporting and verifying crashes and blocking issues, running targeted playtests to capture multiplayer and priority defects, monitoring channels to catch and log spontaneous issues, consistently upholding core QA processes, delivering high-quality QA reports and evaluating new content for unintended behaviors and logical errors.
- The studio will provide an environment to innovate, learn, and remain at the cutting edge of QA craft.
- The team fosters strong ownership and a culture where tech and creativity collide.
