Finance Operations Specialist responsible for client invoicing, contract review, and accounting support within an iGaming company.
Responsibilities
- Generate and issue client invoices in a timely manner.
- Review contracts and input commercial terms into the accounting/ERP system.
- Handle and process incoming daily client inquiries and correspondence.
- Prepare financial calculations, reports, and assist the Senior Accountant with routine tasks.
- Execute individual requests and contribute to special projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Finance, Economics, or Accounting).
- Language Skills: Proficient written English (ability to maintain professional business correspondence).
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced PC skills, including hands-on experience with 1C, MS Excel, Word, and MS Office.
- Accounting Knowledge: Solid understanding and practical experience in accounting principles.
- Data Handling: Proven capability to work efficiently with large volumes of data.
