Обязанности
- We're hiring our first AI founding engineer.
- You'll work directly with the founders to design and build the AI systems at the core of : conversation intelligence, health reasoning, retrieval, and the infrastructure that keeps it fast and reliable.
Требования
- You've built and shipped production AI systems, ideally involving LLMs, RAG, or agents
- You're comfortable across the stack: backend services, data pipelines, and model integration
- You have strong Python skills and experience with modern AI/ML frameworks
- You know how to evaluate, test, and harden LLM-based systems for reliability
- You care about precision and safety, especially when the product touches people's health
- You can move fast and take ownership without needing much process
- You can relocate to San Francisco (we can sponsor a visa)
