- Spotware Systems is focused on making its product more accessible, intuitive, and visually engaging for a broader audience while preserving the depth and precision professional traders rely on.
- The role involves transforming complex trading workflows into seamless mobile experiences.
- Contributing to one of the core products of the company, the cTrader mobile application.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and visually engaging user interfaces for the cTrader mobile application.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Analyze user journeys, identify friction points, and simplify complex trading experiences.
- Design user-centered solutions that balance functionality, usability, and visual quality.
- Contribute to the development, maintenance, and evolution of the design system.
- Validate design decisions through research, feedback, and iterative improvements.
- Ensure design consistency across the mobile product and related user experiences.
Requirements
- Strong experience in Product Design with a focus on mobile UX/UI.
- Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and interaction design.
- Strong visual design skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to simplify complex user flows and create intuitive experiences.
- Critical thinking skills with the confidence to challenge requirements and identify the best solutions.
- Ability to clearly communicate and justify design decisions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience working with design systems and scalable design components.
- Experience in FinTech or trading products is considered an advantage.
Nice to have
- Experience designing complex B2B or FinTech products.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Experience working in cross-functional Agile product teams.
