• Allia is building a better way for people to find, access, and stay connected to mental healthcare.
• We’re looking for someone to own growth and help build Allia into a brand providers and patients know and trust.
• You’ll work across acquisition, lifecycle, conversion, retention, creative, and brand — figuring out how we reach patients, get them into the right care, and build a relationship that lasts.
• Has grown a consumer product or marketplace at a startup
• Has hands-on experience with performance marketing, lifecycle/CRM, conversion, and experimentation
• Understands how creative and brand affect growth, not just paid acquisition
• Is highly analytical but also has strong consumer instincts
• Has built growth channels and systems from an early stage
• Healthcare experience is useful but not required. We care much more about someone who deeply understands consumer behavior and knows how to build growth from scratch.
