Responsibilities
- Stage 1: Internship (2 months)
- Master the tools and processes used by the team — After Effects, Blender, Unity, AI tools.
- Brainstorm ideas and analyze market trends with the team.
- Create own creatives under guidance of experienced colleagues using learned tools.
- Analyze the performance of launched creatives and pitch ideas for iterations.
- Stage 2: Probation period with a product team after successful internship.
- Start independently creating creatives for a specific product.
- Analyze launch results together with the team.
- Pitch ideas for new creatives and future iterations.
- Most successful interns have the opportunity to continue careers at Playrix.
Requirements
- Experience in video production.
- Creative thinking and script-writing skills for video content.
- Experience with AI tools.
- Interest in game marketing, video advertising, and storytelling.
Nice to have
- Experience with one of the following tools: After Effects, Blender, Unity.
- Relevant education (directing, animation, fine arts).
- Experience creating game creatives or working on game projects.
