- Leading and motivating the restaurant team during daily operations
- Ensuring exceptional guest service and hospitality standards
- Supporting the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales & operational targets
- Managing service flow, reservations and guest requests
- Coaching team members and driving performance
- Maintaining food safety, hygiene and brand standards
- Supporting inventory, cost control and daily operational procedures
Requirements
- Previous supervisory/management experience in F&B
- Strong communication and people-management skills
- A guest-first mindset with commercial awareness
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- UAE F&B experience is an advantage
