- Own the content strategy from audit to execution - benchmarking performance across markets, building scalable playbooks and guardrails, and leading projects, teams, and stakeholders to turn data into prioritised, measurable action.

- Lead strategic projects end-to-end: Manage deliverables, timelines, and budgets; safeguard quality and compliance across the delivery lifecycle.
- Lead audit execution that turns evidence into action: Baseline Store, Product Detail Page, and search performance across markets, score content against best practice, and convert findings into prioritised roadmaps with owners, timelines, and impact estimates.
- Turn data into action: Identify performance trends and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations that continuously elevate content effectiveness.
- Connect the dots across disciplines: Partner with internal stakeholders and freelancer to align on priorities and next steps.
