We're hiring a Senior ML / AI Engineer in Limassol, Cyprus to own AI features from concept to production and work on real-time live-streaming problems.
Responsibilities
- Own AI features from concept to production, integrating LLMs and custom models.
- Work on real-time live-streaming problems — content moderation, recommendations, and more.
- Train and fine-tune models on production data, ensuring performance under real load.
- Evaluate and choose between building or buying models based on data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and cross-functional teams for feature development.
Requirements
- 5+ years in software engineering with hands-on LLM experience.
- Proven track record of training and deploying machine learning models.
- Strong Python and PyTorch skills, with knowledge of production-level serving.
- Understanding of production engineering principles — monitoring, debugging, and optimization.
- Intermediate English proficiency or higher.
Nice to have
- Experience with real-time video/audio inference, content moderation, or recommendation systems.
- Familiarity with ML infrastructure tools like Docker, Kubernetes, or GCP.
