You will lead frontend architecture decisions, build and maintain component systems, and collaborate closely with Product Design to translate complex advisor workflows into elegant, accessible interfaces.

- You have 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with most of that time focused on frontend development.

- You've built and maintained component libraries, design systems, or shared UI infrastructure — you care about reusable, well-structured code that other engineers actually want to use.
- You're comfortable navigating a backend codebase when needed — reading and contributing to server-side code in Java, Node.js, or similar.
- You have a strong intuition for frontend performance and know how to diagnose and resolve issues across the rendering and bundling pipeline.
