О компании
- Traditional banking has never really given people control over their financial life. exists to change that: to empower people through finance .
- That means making financial services easy and accessible for millions of users. We started with payments, then benefits, investing, cards... and we’re not done. Not even close.
- Same logic every time: find a real problem, solve it properly, then look for the next one. The destination? To build the most loved financial platform in the world.
- Getting there takes leaders who own outcomes across teams, not just tasks, and set the tone for refusing the “someone else will fix this” culture. If that's how you lead, you'll fit right in.
- Curious what it's actually like here? Our values and pillars shape how we work every day: explore them here .

- As our Head of Brand, you'll own the creative and brand strategy end-to-end, bridging the gap between high-level storytelling and measurable business impact, ensuring our mission resonates across every touchpoint.
- Here's what that looks like in practice:
- Creative Production - Owning the production of creative assets, ensuring every output meets a consistently high bar of quality, craft, and brand consistency.
- Brand Activation - Driving both ATL (TV, radio, OOH, print) and BTL/untraditional activations, bringing the brand to life in bold and memorable ways.
- Social Media & Community - Steering our presence across existing Social media channels and new ones, while building an influencer strategy that extends our reach and relevance.
- Brand Strategy & Insights - Shaping and safeguarding brand identity, and grounding decisions in research and listening, including surveys with both customers and non-customers.
- Leadership & Team Rituals - Building and mentoring the team behind these pillars, establishing clear creative rituals (design reviews, sprints, feedback loops) and tools to ensure efficient, high-quality output.
- Cross-functional Collaboration - Partnering closely with Growth and Product teams to align brand initiatives with acquisition goals, retention targets, and product launches.
- Performance-Driven Branding - Defining and tracking KPIs for brand awareness and consideration, ensuring that even the most "creative" projects are data-informed and contribute to 's overarching OKRs.
- You will lead and mentor high-performing teams, collaborate closely with peers with structured communication and transparency, demonstrating a commitment to integrity and ownership.
- We move fast, and evolution never stops. It’s a fun ride, but it can be challenging. To make sure our people truly thrive, we’re committed to making their lives easier, both in the office and out in the world. That’s why we created CareAbout:
- ❤️ Health: private insurance for you and your family, psychological support with Serenis, mental health workshops.
- 💰 Financial resources: Stock Option Plan, meal vouchers, relocation support if you’re moving countries.
- ⚙️ Growth and development: professional development programs, internal mobility, language courses with Preply.
- 🌱 Flexibility: unlimited PTO, hybrid working policy*, flexible working hours.
- 👨👩👧 Family: enhanced parental leave, additional leave for child sickness.
- * We embrace three days per week in-office (Tuesday and Thursday + 1 of your choice), with the option to request extra remote time.
- Initial salary: Starting from €65,000 gross per annum
- This baseline is set using objective, gender-neutral criteria for the role's core requirements. However, we do not believe in putting a ceiling on talent. The final compensation package is tailored according to your unique experience and expertise. If your skills go beyond the standard profile, apply anyway so we can discuss a package that reflects your true value.

- You'll take on one of the hardest challenges at our scale: defining 's identity globally while ensuring our brand initiatives directly align with acquisition and retention goals — and building the creative team and rituals that stay ahead of it as we grow. We're not looking for a caretaker of an existing setup. We're looking for someone who has built or transformed a function, made hard calls under pressure, and can say "here's the decision, here's why, here's what happened."
- 10+ years of experience - Proven track record in brand management or creative direction, ideally within fast-growing tech companies or top-tier creative agencies.
- Strong Technical & Visual Culture - Deep understanding of design systems, rebranding processes, and multi-channel campaign production (from social media to TV/OOH).
- A "Hands-on" Leader - You love to lead by example. You're not just a "manager of resources" but someone who can get into the details of a layout or a script to ensure excellence.
- Data-Informed Mindset - Ability to translate brand concepts into business objectives, utilizing KPIs and OKRs to measure impact and iterate quickly.
- Exceptional Communicator - Fluent in English, with the ability to simplify complex brand visions for internal stakeholders and external audiences alike.
- We recognise that exceptional leadership comes in many forms. If you believe you have the vision, experience, and drive to help us shape the future of money, we encourage you to apply. We value the unique perspectives and strengths that exceptional leaders bring, even if their experience doesn't align with every listed requirement.
- This is a unique opportunity to leverage your experience and leadership to make a profound impact on a company poised for significant future growth. We operate on a principle of reciprocity: significant strategic impact are met with meaningful rewards and opportunities.
- Own outcomes that reach millions . Lead functions where the results show up directly in the experience of 6.5M+ people and the businesses they pay every day.
- Operate in high-growth. You'll make high-stakes calls without waiting for perfect information, in an environment that changes fast as we launch and scale new products.
- Significant equity participation. Directly share in 's success through a competitive Stock Option Plan designed to reward leadership and contribution to company growth and raise the bar for collective success.
- Lead exceptional teams. Build, mentor, and collaborate with high-performing teams in a culture of ownership, collective success, and continuous improvement fueled by feedback. You will learn from the best and lead alongside founders who are hands-on.
