- is looking for a Workplace Project Coordinator to help deliver a fast-moving portfolio of workplace and real estate projects. Working closely with our Senior Workplace Project Manager, you’ll turn decisions into action, keep dependencies visible, and make sure the people involved know what needs to happen next.
- This is a 6 month contract engagement. This is an execution-focused role for someone who can coordinate confidently with vendors, consultants, onsite teams, and senior stakeholders. You’ll support several projects at once, maintain reliable project information, and flag risks before they affect delivery.
- You’ll work with direction on major project decisions. As you learn the projects and build trust with the team, you may take ownership of smaller workstreams and set working-level deadlines, while escalating decisions that materially affect schedule, cost, or scope.
