Manage and oversee test environments lifecycle ensuring stability, availability, and readiness for software testing.

Own and manage test environments across the software testing lifecycle, ensuring availability, stability, and readiness.
Coordinate environment planning, configuration, refreshes, deployments, and test data requirements across multiple teams.
Collaborate with QA, development, DevOps, release, and business teams to resolve environment issues and minimize testing disruptions.
Establish environment management processes, monitor utilization and performance, and drive continuous improvements and automation.

8+ years of experience in test environment management, QA, or software delivery roles.
Proven experience managing multiple test environments across complex technology landscapes.
Strong understanding of SDLC, testing methodologies, release management, and deployment processes.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Experience coordinating environment provisioning, configuration, refreshes, and deployments.
Strong understanding of test data management and environment dependencies.
Experience with defect and incident management and troubleshooting environment-related issues.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Advanced English communication skills.

Experience with cloud-based test environments and infrastructure automation.
Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with environment monitoring and observability tools.
Experience in Agile/DevOps environments.
