- I'm Andreea, Global Head of HR at . is also the kind of place where opportunities tend to find the people willing to take them on. Things move fast, there’s always something new to figure out, and you get a lot of space to make an impact. For me, HR works best when it can move at the pace of the business — close enough to understand what’s really going on and quick enough to make a difference. I don’t see that as a formula, though. If this sounds like the kind of team and environment you’d enjoy being part of, I’d really love to hear from you.
