Responsibilities
- You own the creator relationship end-to-end: sourcing, onboarding, delivery quality, and retention.
- Build and grow a pipeline of high-performing creators aligned with our clients' verticals.
- Structure a scalable scouting and vetting process (not one-off sourcing).
- Onboard new creators smoothly and clearly.
- Assign the right creators to the right projects based on their style and track record once briefs are written by the UGC Engineer.
- Set and enforce quality and turnaround standards.
- Review every video before it goes to the client, and handle revision rounds with creators as needed.
- Track creator performance (delivery rate, quality, campaign results) and decide who to scale up, who to coach, and who to let go.
- Build trust-based relationships and keep creators engaged.
- Report to the founding team on the health of the creator pool and hiring needs.
Requirements
- Significant experience managing creators, talent, or influencers (agency, platform, or brand side).
- Understanding of TikTok/Reels from the inside: formats, trends, hooks, what makes a creator perform.
- Ability to negotiate and say no without breaking relationships.
- Fast, autonomous execution: ability to take a loosely-defined problem and drive it forward.

- Experience managing a small team.
- Existing creator network.
- Side project or entrepreneurial experience.
