International fintech holding Quadcode is looking for a Senior Product Owner to manage the Trading product line covering CFD, FX, equities, crypto and options.

Responsibilities
- Owning the product backlog end-to-end — from idea to post-release analysis
- Prioritising features based on data and measurable impact
- Designing experiments, running A/B tests and analysing results
- Working hands-on with trading mechanics: leverage, margin, stop-out, execution and expirations
- Shaping the roadmap across regulated and offshore environments
Requirements
- 3+ years as a Product Manager/Product Owner in trading, brokerage or fintech
- Deep understanding of trading instruments and their mechanics
- Experience working with user funds and financial products
- Ability to independently analyse product data using SQL or BI tools
- Hands-on A/B testing experience and a strong data-driven mindset
- Fluent Russian and B2+ English
Nice to have
- Experience with MT5 or proprietary trading platforms
- Experience working in a regulated environment
- Experience launching a new product or financial instrument from scratch
Conditions
- Location: Limassol / Larnaca, Cyprus
- Work format: Hybrid — 3 days per week from the office
