About the product
- Sierra provides a platform for customer-facing AI agents that handle thousands of customer conversations a day.
- The product involves building, improving, and tailoring Sierra virtual agents to fit and anticipate customer needs and business processes.
- The role includes shaping the product roadmap and implementing new features essential to customer success.
Responsibilities
- Build enterprise-grade AI agents by partnering directly with engineers and customers.
- Engage with all levels of customers to discover and assess their requirements.
- Prepare and present demonstrations of Sierra’s agent.
- Address and overcome technical challenges by collaborating with technical counterparts.
- Develop and improve Sierra virtual agents to meet customer needs.
- Become trusted advisors and drive strategic technical strategies for customers.
- Work with engineering and product development teams to scope and implement new features.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years experience in product development of highly technical products.
- Previous experience in Product Management or similar roles at or above Senior Product Manager level.
- Ability to craft and tailor messages for potential customers, including executives.
- Skill in communicating highly technical concepts to both non-technical and technical audiences, including recent AI developments.
- Degree in a technical or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Nice to have
- AI-related experience, especially product development for AI agents.
- Some coding experience with React, Typescript, and Go.
- MBA or equivalent professional experience.
- Past roles interfacing with end customers to influence software development.

- Salary range: 180000–390000 USD per year.
