The Role Your main responsibility will be tech-recruiting (end-to-end). Additional areas you will be working within are talent management, business development, sales, data-driven growth strategies, university marketing, employer branding, event management, DEI, and project management based on your strengths and interests. You will be responsible for managing the whole process from the very first contact to a world-class onboarding. This involves networking, sourcing, interviewing, stakeholder management and other activities that connect to a long-term sustainable and successful growth of . Soon-to-be graduate (2026/2027 winter) or graduated in 2026 summer
Master’s degree or equivalent in e.g. business development, management, sales, IT, engineering etc.
Verbal and written fluency in Danish and English is a must
Passion for recruitment, people, project management, entrepreneurship, the IT industry and the tech community
Self-driven with a genuine interest in building relations and growing
Experience in relevant areas to the role is a merit, but not a prerequisite, eg. sales, business development, recruitment, project management, networking
