- The Outbound Strategist runs 's AI-driven prospecting system to deliver qualified, Account-Executive-accepted pipeline across APAC. You will operate the outbound engine day to day: building target lists, running campaigns, supervising AI agents that research prospects and draft first-touch outreach, and applying a critical eye so only genuinely qualified opportunities reach an Account Executive. You will work inside targeting logic and quality bars set with the team, sharpen them as you learn what converts, and help document what works. Success is qualified pipeline and system leverage, measured on outcomes rather than activity.
- Run outbound and prospecting campaigns that produce qualified opportunities for the Account Executive team, owning the flow from signal to accepted handoff.

- Deploy and supervise AI agents for prospect research, list building, personalization, and first-touch drafting, keeping a human check on quality before anything ships.

- Document what works and feed it into shared playbooks and templates.
