- As a Founding Solutions Engineer at , you will collaborate with leading global enterprises and work cross-functionally to identify and solve complex customer challenges. You will lead technical engagements, leveraging your discovery expertise to design and implement high-value solutions tailored to our clients' needs. In partnership with our sales team, you will ensure the delivery of impactful and effective solutions, driving success for both our customers and .
- Partner with our Sales team to articulate the value proposition, vision and strategy to customers.
- Create and deliver product and technical presentations to new and existing customers.
- Qualify sales opportunities through technical discovery based on needs and problems with customers.
- Be an expert in ’s API capabilities, advocate for improvements and influence the product roadmap with internal product teams to solve business challenges.
- Drive technical discussions with customers, answering questions and providing guidance on technical features and integration.
- Own technical scoping, gap analysis and technical implementation plans.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation within the organisation.
- You are comfortable supporting customers on technical issues where necessary.
- You are extremely organised and apply a methodical approach to delivering.
