Обязанности
- We’re hiring our first operations leader to help scale. You’ll own finance and business operations, working closely with our CEO, go-to-market, talent, and customer-facing teams. You’ll oversee accounting and build the processes that connect how we sell, contract, bill, collect, and report on our business.
- You’ll be the person who notices when a deal has stalled between signature and billing, a renewal needs an owner, or a critical process has no clear handoff, then brings the right people together to fix it. You’ll own the details while building systems that prevent the same issues from recurring. You’ll bring structure to work that spans teams, improve the systems we rely on, and take point on key initiatives as the business grows.
