• Culture is our key and Empathy is how we build it. Company EMEA is strong with a world-class combination of diverse backgrounds collaborating to put forward innovative, creative and strategic solutions to the one advantage that stands the test of time – PEOPLE. Day in and day out, we propel some of the biggest brands in the world to the intersection of attention and culture. In EMEA, we are proudly 250+, servicing multi-brands across the region.
• We’re looking for a seasoned Senior Project Manager to join our dedicated New Business function, bringing a robust understanding of social media, global integrated campaigns, and production execution and can channel that operational expertise into shaping Vayner’s proposals, staffing structures, and multi-market client solutions. We would love someone who has experience in both client-facing proposal shaping and cross-functional operational scoping, with the ability to quickly master and navigate Vayner’s unique delivery frameworks.
• Partner closely with Growth and New Business leads to translate raw client opportunities into clear, actionable proposals.
• Manage the end-to-end proposal lifecycle from brief to submission, keeping senior cross-functional leads on track, accountable, and aligned against tight turnaround timelines.
• Co-designing realistic staffing structures and marrying that to our product set with Strategy, Creative, Media, and Delivery leads.
• Collaborate with internal and external Finance and Procurement stakeholders to manage vendor onboarding, commercial terms, and budget approvals.
• Package and present commercial proposals directly to prospective clients, confidently delivering the operational scope, staffing model, and deliverables.
• Build flexible, considered commercial options that solve client needs within budget constraints without compromising execution quality.
• Align all proposals with Vayner’s operational model and required delivery minimums.
• Breakdown complex master proposals into multi-market line items, regional budgets, and localised execution teams
• Coordinate with global hubs to manage multi-market logistics, time zone differences, and cross-border resourcing.
• Lead the official transition of winning proposals to live Client Partner and Production teams to ensure seamless hand-offs.
• We treasure Personality and Experience yet we do know that these qualifications lead to what WE KNOW as a success:
• Understanding of different channels, including relevant social media platforms and their requirements
• You’ll have experience within both project management and production environments
• A positive, cool, calm and collected approach to problem-solving
• Hands-on experience and ownership of complex, multi-stream projects, requiring senior stakeholder management
• You’re comfortable speaking up and providing clear direction in the room when the team needs it
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

• Ability to recognise and solve potential problems, escalate issues or conflicts and continually evaluate project effectiveness.

• Think “lab” and not “agency”. We get excited about solving business problems, not creating advertising for the sake of making advertising. Our entrepreneurship DNA runs deep. We’re willing to break rules, try new things, and test hypotheses if it means better understanding our craft. It’s fun!
• We believe 100% that brands can be built on digital platforms and part of our model is built bottom up, flipping the traditional advertising model and process on its head. We don’t play to agency/industry norms and our culture and energy reflects that.
• Our environment (and pace) feels much more like a start-up than most agencies you might be used to. Hopefully that, and the opportunity to collaborate with the talented and enthusiastic crew, work with big brands excites you, as it does us. We can’t wait to meet you.
• Candidates must be authorised to work in the U.K.
