We're hiring a Senior Affiliate Manager to join FxPro, an international fintech company with offices in Limassol, London, and Dubai. The role involves sourcing and onboarding new CPA partners, managing affiliate relationships, and driving performance.

Responsibilities
- Source and onboard new CPA partners
- Manage key affiliate relationships
- Drive performance across the affiliate network
Requirements
- Experience in Forex, binary options, crypto, or prop trading affiliate programs
- Strong grasp of CPA/CPL models, tracking & attribution
- Hands-on experience with CellXpert, Salesforce, or similar CRMs
- Fluent English (required)
- Russian, Spanish, or Arabic is a strong plus
- Proactive, analytical, self-driven mindset
