Sales Development Representative at movingo is responsible for lead generation across multiple channels and qualifying inbound leads for the Business Development Manager. The company provides accounting, business reporting, tax compliance, company formation, and visa support in the UAE.
About the company
- Accounting, business reporting, tax compliance, company formation, and visa support in the UAE.
- We strip away the complexity and handle your books, taxes, reports, and key setup paperwork in a way you'll actually understand.
Responsibilities
- Develop and run several lead generation channels in parallel: cold email, LinkedIn, Telegram and WhatsApp outreach, partner and referral channels, communities and events, and new channels you identify and test.
- Own the sales plan for each channel: a monthly target of qualified leads per channel, agreed with the Business Development Manager, and weekly tracking against it.
- Build target lists and ICP segments (founders relocating to the UAE, companies setting up in the UAE, businesses needing accounting and tax support) and keep them clean and up to date.
- Write, test and iterate outreach messaging: sequences, scripts, templates and follow-ups for each channel and segment.
- Test new channels and hypotheses in short cycles, kill what doesn't work and scale what does.
- Report weekly on channel performance: volume, reply rate, qualified leads, cost per qualified lead, and what you're changing next.
- Use AI tools daily for research, list building, personalization, message drafting and lead scoring.
- Build and maintain outreach automations: multi-step sequences, enrichment, triggers and CRM syncs using no-code tools (Make, Zapier, n8n or similar) and outreach platforms (Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, Clay, Expandi or similar).
- Automate lead qualification and routing where possible so that manual work inside the funnel keeps decreasing.
- Keep an eye on new AI and automation tools for sales, test them and bring the ones that work into our process.
- Coordinate more complex automations with our developers or the Business Development Manager.
- Be the first point of contact for inbound leads from the website, ads, webinars, referrals and social media via email, WhatsApp, Telegram and phone.
- Respond within the agreed response-time SLA.
- Qualify leads against our criteria (need, timeline, budget, decision maker) through a short call or written conversation.
- Hand qualified leads over to the Business Development Manager with a clear summary, and book the discovery call.
- Nurture leads that are not ready yet and bring them back when the timing is right.
- Log every lead and every touch in the CRM; keep statuses, sources and contact details complete and accurate.
- Make sure every lead is assigned, has a next step and moves through the pipeline without stalling.
- Keep lead source attribution clean so channel performance and the sales plan can be measured reliably.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in an SDR, lead generation, outbound sales or similar B2B role.
- Proven experience running outbound campaigns and hitting lead targets.
- Good understanding of AI tools and automation in sales: you can explain what you have automated, how, and what it changed.
- Hands-on experience with at least some of: Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, Clay, Expandi, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Kommo, Make, Zapier, n8n.
- Strong written communication: short, clear, personalized messages.
- Comfortable on the phone and in video calls with business owners.
- English (B2+) and fluent Russian.
- Structured and self-organized: you work by numbers, plans and weekly reviews.
- Understanding of B2B sales funnels and lead qualification frameworks.
- Experience in professional services, fintech, relocation or the UAE market is a plus.
Conditions
- Compensation: fixed salary + a percentage for each qualified lead. The variable part depends on the number of leads you generate and qualify that meet our qualification criteria and are accepted by the Business Development Manager.
- Full-time (8 hours/day).
- Remote work.
- International team.
- Salary in AED.
- Budget for AI and automation tools you need to do the job.
- This is a full-time remote position with immediate start availability.
