Responsibilities
- Manage leads, run consultations and turn enquiries into enrolments.
- Explain our courses and help students navigate admissions-related questions.
- Coordinate payments, enrolment and onboarding.
- Support students throughout their studies, working with teachers and mentors.
- Test and improve outreach, follow-ups and sales strategies.
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written Russian and English.
- Sales experience and confidence in closing sales through helpful, thoughtful conversations.
- Strong organisation, initiative and genuine care for students.
- An interest in education; familiarity with architecture or studying in Italy is a plus.
