The Insurance Sales Team Member is responsible for:
Generating new business through warm and cold leads, referrals, and local outreach
Consulting with clients to understand their needs and recommending customized insurance plans
Selling and cross-selling a range of products including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial Insurance
Maintaining a pipeline of prospects and consistently following up
Meeting individual and team sales targets and contributing to agency success
Providing excellent customer service to foster lasting client relationships
Documenting all activity in the agency CRM system and keeping records current
Staying informed on new products, underwriting guidelines, and industry changes

We’re looking for someone who is goal-oriented, persuasive, and a natural relationship builder . Successful candidates will typically have:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or insurance (preferred)
Excellent communication and closing skills
Confidence in conducting outbound calls and virtual/in-person consultations
A growth mindset and the ability to take coaching and feedback
Effective organizational and time management habits
Active Property & Casualty or Life & Health License (preferred) or willingness to obtain
