azurec#ci/cdinfrastructure as codemonitoringrelease management
Mid-level DevOps Software Engineer focusing on CI/CD pipelines, Azure infrastructure automation, and release tooling for iPaaS and AI products.
Обязанности
- is searching for a mid-level DevOps Software Engineer (Remote) to join our Process Automation Team, where you will own the pipelines, Azure infrastructure, and release tooling that build, deploy, and operate our iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service), CAI (Conversational Artificial Intelligence), and AI Agent products. The Process Automation Team works hard to ensure achieves its goal of providing award-winning technology that is easy to use, own, and operate.
- This is a DevOps-first role. Most of your time will be spent designing and improving our CI/CD pipelines, managing and automating our Azure infrastructure, strengthening monitoring and observability, and making releases faster, safer, and more repeatable. Because you'll work closely with our codebase, you'll also have the C# skills to step in when the fix belongs in the application, whether that means improving performance, removing a release bottleneck, or making the product easier to deploy and operate. If you enjoy owning the path from a commit to a healthy production deployment, and want the freedom to fix the code when the code is the problem, this is the seat for you.
- You should have a passion for building reliable, best-in-class platforms and software that, above all else, solve customers' problems. Our engineers find satisfaction in building things that customers need, and enjoy using, to achieve their mission.
- This role is open to Remote-US candidates. While we have an office in Columbus, Ohio, we remain 100% remote first as a company. Responsibilities

- Manage and execute deployments through Octopus Deploy across development, test, staging, and production environments.
- Deploy and configure the Azure components our platform runs on, and keep those environments consistent and documented.
- Write and modify C# code to improve application performance and to make the product easier, faster, and safer to deploy.
- Find and address performance issues across the application, database, and infrastructure.
- Improve observability - logging, metrics, and alerting - so issues surface before customers report them.
- Debug production issues across multiple levels of the stack, from code to pipeline to infrastructure.
- Perform thorough code reviews and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Work with engineering and product managers to understand roadmap priorities and plan release work around them.
