I am looking for an experienced HR Manager to join my team on-site in Limassol!
Responsibilities
- Talent acquisition, screening, and onboarding
- Employee relations, conflict resolution, and culture-building
- Performance management, KPIs, and local HR compliance/SOPs
- Payroll oversight, benefits administration, and L&D
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of HR experience, specifically within the Forex industry
Conditions
- Full-Time (On-Site) work format in Limassol, Cyprus
- Shortened Day Shift: 11:00 6:00
- Base Salary: 2,000 + Bonuses
