Lead paid marketing growth initiatives for a fintech startup specializing in AI-powered wealth management.

Despite decades of innovation in money, the most important consumer money domain remains largely untouched: wealth management. Legacy Wall Street institutions still dominate private wealth, gatekeeping their services behind extremely high minimums, janky user experiences, and layers of fees. They are, in our opinion, the "final boss" of consumer fintech.
Our belief: every American deserves an elite wealth team navigating their capital, delivered at the cost and speed only humans working in harmony with AI can unlock.
At heart, we're a small pack of hard-working rebels operating at the intersection of engineering craft and high-stakes financial precision. Every person here is a calibrated bet on what we're building next. Our mission is to rebuild what a wealth management firm means, from the ground up, brick by brick, leveraging technology across the entire stack, so that AI lets one wealth advisor deliver what used to take a team, serving clients a Wall Street team never could have reached.
We're backed by a16z and Sam Altman, and currently power over $1 billion in assets under management.

is looking for a Founding Growth Lead to own paid marketing and become the driving force behind our next stage of B2C growth. You'll decide which channels we bet on, build the campaigns that prove them out, and turn what works into a repeatable acquisition engine; all while keeping a sharp eye on cost efficiency.
This isn't a budget-spending role. You'll own programmatic growth across all B2C paid channels, with reach into lifecycle marketing and our website, and you'll be equally comfortable setting strategy and getting hands-on with execution; creative, ad iteration, dashboards, and the plumbing that makes it all work.
You'll also bring a scrappy builder's mindset: set up the tool, automate the workflow, ship the first campaign, and find the partner who helps you move faster. You'll use a lean stack to create leverage for yourself, because at this stage, you're the team.
Determine and test new paid channels for a high-trust, longer-conversion B2C product; this isn't simple ecommerce, and the strategy needs to reflect that
Execute end-to-end: creative direction, ad iteration, campaign structure, dashboards, and the underlying tracking/attribution setup
Build and refine the full funnel; paid acquisition, lifecycle touchpoints, and website conversion; as one connected system
Set efficient cost targets and hold the line on them as you scale
Move fast without a team around you; build the tools and workflows that let you punch above a team of one

4+ years in growth or performance marketing, ideally having joined a B2C startup and seen it scale; not just running Facebook and Google at large scale, but having built the strategy from scratch
A track record of testing and standing up new paid channels from zero, not just optimizing an existing one
Deep comfort with numbers; you monitor performance daily and can speak fluently to what's driving it
Experience with high-trust, longer-cycle products where conversion isn't a single click (e.g., a phone conversation is often part of the journey), a plus
A builder's instinct: you'd rather automate a workflow yourself than wait for someone else to build it

For the right person, this will be one of the most rewarding roles they ever have.
Legacy-defining vision. Private wealth in every pocket isn't an incremental product. It’s not B2B automation. It’s a “before & after” moment in money.
The time is now. LLMs just unlocked what was impossible five years ago: truly personalized wealth management for everyone.
Outsized decision making. We're a small team by design. Every hire is precise, every role carries real weight, and your decisions disproportionately shape what we become.
Built in person, in the trenches. We're a high-touch, high-tempo group that works side by side. You’ll see our founders working in the trenches with the team everyday.
Ownership in every sense. Competitive cash and well-above-market equity. We believe in identifying only exceptional talent and compensating them generously.
World-class backing. Investors who share the bold vision: a16z, General Catalyst, Accel, Y Combinator, Sam Altman, Paul Graham, and more.
