- The role is for a future CEO position at saas.group, tied to an upcoming acquisition in the HR tech and workforce management space. We are continuously acquiring new businesses and are building a strong talent pool of ambitious leaders who want to step into CEO roles within our portfolio. If you see yourself leading a SaaS business with us in the future, we'd love to connect.
- At saas.group, we partner with ambitious leaders to transform great SaaS products into category leaders. Founded in 2017, we've built a global powerhouse of B2B SaaS companies by acquiring and scaling high-potential ventures. As a CEO within our group, you'll focus on what you do best — driving growth, building high-performing teams, and shaping product strategy — while we take the weight of administration, finance, and back-office complexity off your shoulders. With the backing of a fully remote team of 380+ colleagues across 50+ countries, you'll run your brand with the autonomy of a founder and the support of an experienced network that sets you up for long-term success.
- We grow 23 exciting brands under our umbrella. Feel free to explore our Candidate's Hub to get an insider's view, dive into our culture, and gain valuable insights into our teams and how we work.
- Also, don't forget to follow saas.group on LinkedIn to stay up to date on our job openings, podcast episodes, and all things happening at our company.
- We are looking for a CEO to lead one or more of our HR tech / workforce management SaaS brands into their next stage of growth and scale, with the potential to grow this into a multi-brand roll-up under one leader over time. As CEO, you will own the brand's P&L, strategy, growth, culture, and overall performance, driving both short-term execution and long-term strategic direction. You will work closely with our leadership team, board, and the broader saas.group community to deliver impact across go-to-market, product, operations, and finance. This role is an opportunity to shape the future of a small, highly profitable SaaS business (or cluster of businesses) within a high-growth portfolio, while having the backing, network, and resources of saas.group.
- These are product-led, self-serve B2B SaaS businesses serving the German market first, with room to internationalize over time. We're looking for a strong product-led-growth operator and general manager: someone who can grow revenue and product and manage PnL.
- Ultimate flexibility: We're 100% remote. You can work from wherever you like, whenever you like.
- Freedom and autonomy: We're a high-trust team, and you'll be given lots of flexibility to solve problems in your own way — with plenty of help from the team when you need it.
- Minimum bureaucracy: We don't like to get bogged down with meetings and red tape. We like to be efficient and keep momentum steady and sustainable.
- Small and friendly team: We help each other out, have fun, and joke around.
- Our network: We are a community of entrepreneurial SaaS professionals that regularly exchange ideas, knowledge, learning, and expertise with each other internally.
- Flexible time off: We want you to recharge your batteries when needed.
- We don't just simply offer you to "take a job with us" but rather to "join us on this journey" to build the world's largest platform of independent SaaS companies.
- Sounds like something you're up for? Feel free to apply even if you don't check all these boxes. We believe in the power of diversity and fresh perspectives to spice up our team. Your application might just be the missing ingredient!
- We believe in fair and transparent pay. Salary ranges at saas.group are location-adjusted, targeting local market medians for a remote-first environment, and will be shared with our potential future employees in writing before your first interview - so you have everything you need to evaluate the opportunity.
