Hybrid clinical and partnerships role focused on coaching parents and building relationships to support neurodiverse children's care.

- Coach parents and caregivers as genuine collaborators — not just “trainers” being handed instructions
- Design and lead parent training and support groups at our Hub
- Represent SenseSational in the community: build relationships with pediatricians, schools, early intervention programs, and other referral partners
- Help shape our outward-facing marketing around parent partnership and family-centered care
- Gather parent feedback to continuously improve our coaching approach

- Required: Michigan state licensure

- Families aren't your caseload. They're your collaborators — and your best referral source.
- We built our philosophy around one idea: happy, supported families and happy, supported clinicians both produce better outcomes. This role is where that philosophy meets the outside world — coaching parents as true partners, and building the relationships that bring more families through our doors.
- SenseSational Learning Group is a BCBA-owned, neurodiversity-affirming ABA practice using play-based, child-led NDBI methods. We're building a SenseSational Learning Group Hub space in Okemos, MI for connection and programming beyond 1:1 sessions — and we need a BCBA who's as comfortable in the classroom or office with a referral partner as they are coaching a parent through a tough moment. This is a hybrid clinical + partnerships position.
- We lead with empathy. Families come first. We believe happy, supported clinicians provide the best care. We won't burn you out with impossible caseloads or rigid protocols. Your creativity and clinical judgment are valued here.
- Manageable, transparent caseloads — 25 billable hours/week, with role-specific responsibilities layered in deliberately over your first ~6 months (not day one)
- Flexible scheduling — full-time and part-time options available
- Family-friendly culture (many of us are parents ourselves)
- Complimentary CEUs
- Technology that works for you: intuitive, in-house platforms for scheduling, BIP writing, and time entry
- Continuous mentorship and professional development support
- Autonomy to tailor interventions to each client's needs
- Competitive benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO, and mileage reimbursement
- Access to our collaborative Hub for team connection, meetings, and cross-role programming
